This is from “Kaa’s Hunting” in The Jungle Book.

Kaa, the big rock-python, has rescued Mowgli from the Bandar-log, the pack of monkeys who had captured him and carried him off to Cold Lairs, the ruined city deep in the jungle.

Now, before the terrified Bandar-log, he is dancing the Dance of the Hunger of Kaa.
