Modern Writings on Kipling

All over the world, academics at many levels are producing papers on aspects of Kipling’s life and work. Some are for publication in volumes of collected criticism or in journals of note. Our own Kipling Journal has offered some of the very best. You can find others yourself by consulting the lists published by universities and colleges, but there may be a title in our first list here that immediately attracts you.

All of these are freely available on the internet for research and study. Copyright applies if you choose to quote or rephrase. We will immediately withdraw any links that are questioned or misused.

You may need to scroll down on the linked page to view more than an abstract. The latter will offer an indication of the content, of course, but also the level of research and discourse involved. Our first ten are quite clearly selected randomly.

We will add to the list, regularly.
